Getting Started

Process & Pricing

  • To get the process started, we can schedule a consultation meeting either in person, via email, or a through Zoom. This consultation is free and this way I can have a better understanding of your site and vision! Perhaps you are not sure what you are looking for and that is totally ok!! I will work with you during this stage to get a better idea for the design process!

  •  From the information we discuss, an estimate of cost and timing will be drawn up and emailed to you. If the price and timing are agreeable we can begin with the design! I will send you an invoice for a $150 non-refundable deposit that allots for my time spent sketching your design. This deposit will be applied to the total cost.

  • When you receive the sketch we can easily add, subtract, or re-work anything. After you approve the design I will send you an easy e-sign commission agreement, which thoroughly outlines your project and protects us both. This will have the final cost in writing before painting begins so you know fully what to expect! 50% of the total mural cost is due at the signing of the commission agreement, this gets you booked and reserved on the calendar! The remaining 50% is due when your mural is completed.

  • My prices vary from $15 to $22 per square foot considering that each job is different.

The various factors considered in my muralist pricing are:

  1. Complexity of mural design - how long it will take to accomplish

  2. Accessibility - how difficult is the space to access painting the mural

  3. Timeframe - how quickly must the mural be completed

  4. Materials - what is the surface and environment where the mural is to be painted.

  • Additionally, I can generally create a design to meet the budget available.

Commissioning your mural will be a fun and easy process with beautiful results!
